Sheryl Smiley-Oliphant is an author and theater arts educator, and her combined love for storytelling and crafting connects families that want to make learning fun! Her first book that was self-published, “My Daddy Doesn’t Need A Cape,” released in 2020 and was inspired by her love for fostering creativity in children. Her independent author journey continued with the second book, “New Baby Coming, New Baby Here,” released in December 2020. Sheryl holds a Master’s Degree in Theatre Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is originally from Charleston, South Carolina, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with my husband, two daughters, and our lovely dog, Nina.
